NdFeB Permanent Magnets

Features & Characteristics
-
NdFeB magnets are made of approximately 30% neodymium and 65% iron; they include metals such as dysprosium, niobium, aluminum, copper, and praseodymium based on application.
-
NdFeB grades range from N27/30 to N55. Higher numbers mean stronger magnets.
Suffixes such as M, H, SH, UH, EH, TH, VH, and AH indicate increased intrinsic coercivity and resistance to higher operating temperatures.
-
NdFeB magnets are extremely strong for their size: they feature up to 18 times greater magnetic energy than ferrite by volume.
Magnetic properties will differ depending upon alignment direction during compaction and upon size and shape. Mulberry offers a range of specific grades with differing magnetic qualities.
-
NdFeB magnets are the highest known magnetic energy product. Extremely strong, and able to be coated and treated for further application specification, NdFeB magnets are also able to be custom-shaped and miniaturized for precise and customized applications.
